Tetra offers full service back office support to our customers, vendors, underwriting banks and investors.  This is accomplished by maintaining a highly experienced and professional staff, who understand the value and emphasis placed on first rate timely service in today's extremely competitive and ever changing marketplace.  All credit investigations are handled confidentially and are completed in house.  This includes bank, credit and trade reports, credit bureau reports such as D&B, Equifax, CBI etc . . . All credit bureau reports are received on line directly and instantly from the reporting agencies and we are equipped to receive credit applications 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  Upon receiving a complete credit package we can generally respond in 24 - 72 hours depending on the complexity, creditworthiness, and size of a particular transaction.  Additionally, our skilled and reliable staff works with you on every part of the transaction providing you with excellent service throughout the documentation process.
